how to use
After cleansing, spray 4-5 pumps onto dry hands or a cotton pad. Apply to completely dry skin, ideally in the PM. Continue with additional skincare as needed.

what does glycolic acid do?
Glycolic acid is an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that gently lifts away dull surface cells. The result is smoother, brighter, more even-looking skin. Our tonic uses 10% glycolic at a pH of 3.9.
is it an exfoliant or a toner?
Both! It exfoliates and tones in one step. Kakadu plum (vitamin C) and mastic work alongside the glycolic, so it's a treatment, not just a toner.
what can it help with?
Rough or flaky texture, dullness, uneven tone and hyperpigmentation, breakouts and pore congestion. On the body it helps with keratosis pilaris ("strawberry skin") and underarm odor.
is the tingling normal?
Yes! The cooling, tingling feeling is intentional, and some flushing is normal. It should never burn. If it does, rinse it off and use it less often.
how do I use it?
After cleansing, make sure your skin is completely dry. Spray 4-5 pumps onto dry hands or a cotton pad and smooth it over your face, ideally at night. Then continue with the rest of your routine.
can I exfoliate every day?
It depends on your skin. The tonic is made for daily use, but if you're on the sensitive side, start with 2-3 times a week and work up. Always patch test first.
can I use it on my body?
Absolutely. Use the spray nozzle for hard-to-reach spots like your back, arms, legs and underarms.
do I need sunscreen?
Yes. AHAs can make your skin more sensitive to the sun, so wear SPF daily while you're using it and for a week after you stop.
can I use it with peptides or retinol?
Use the tonic at night and your peptide serum in the morning, since peptides shouldn't go on right after low-pH products. With retinol, alternate nights until you know how your skin reacts. If your retinoid is prescribed, check with your doctor.
